We understand life is sometimes hectic and schedules change.
Your appointments are very important to us. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you call the school directly at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving 24-hour notice, your instructor loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We appreciate you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Prepaid Service Refund Policy:
ALL SERVICE BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE OFFER REFUNDS ON THE DEPOSIT FOR CANCELLATIONS IF NOT CANCELLED 24 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND/OR NO-SHOWS.
IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND BY CALLING 732-218-7400. IF YOU RESCHEDULE WITHIN THAT 24-HOUR TIME FRAME THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
Terms of Service:
* 1st Choice Driving School is licensed by the State of NJ MVC Business Licensing Services Bureau to provide driving lessons & road tests services in NJ. (License# 000211).
* All service bookings require a non-refundable deposit under no circumstance will a refund be issued for cancellations and/or no-shows.
* When rescheduling a service it must be done 24 hours prior to service appointment.
* For the road test service- once the car goes in the line for the road test then no refund if an examiner rejects you for any reason. or if they ask you to come back in couple of hours then you have to pay car rental charges again.
* 1st Choice Driving School’s driving instructors and agents are licensed by the State of New Jersey MVC Business Licensing Services Bureau.
* All of our vehicles are registered and insured within the state of NJ.
* All of our vehicles are equipped with a passenger side brake and extra rearview mirror for an instructor.
* 1st Choice Driving School, LLC cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellation caused by delayed road tests, unsafe driving conditions such as bad weather, mechanical problems, or any other reasons over which it has no control.
* 1st Choice Driving School, LLC will provide as much notice as possible if a delay or cancellation is necessary.
